So, I am in the process of being diagnosed with either celiac disease or a severe wheat allergy. But no matter what the results tell me, I will be eating wheat free. So if I post a recipe that has gluten (such as oatmeal cookies), realize that you should use a gluten free oat. This has been a LONG process and coming up with recipes has really been my moms adventure, so most of em will be hers. Enjoy!!
